Est. with intention
A bakery built on patience.
The name is the promise.
Each dough is given the time it deserves: sourdough, toast, bagels, croissants and focaccia. Chapters of the same story — that bread made slowly, by hand, in small batches, simply tastes better.
We started Seven Dough for the people who notice the difference. The ones who tear a corner off the loaf before it even gets home. This is for you.
Freshly baked, with love
What we stand for
Four rules, never broken
Slow by design
We ferment for hours, sometimes days. Flavour can't be rushed, so we don't.
Made by hand
Every loaf is shaped, scored and watched by a person, not a production line.
Nothing hidden
Flour, water, salt, time. No additives, no improvers, nothing to apologise for.
Baked fresh
We bake in small batches through the day so what you take home is hours, not days, old.
From flour to crust
How it's made
Mill & mix
Quality flour meets our living starter and a long, cool rest.
Ferment
Wild yeast does the slow work — developing flavour, strength and that open crumb.
Shape
Folded, shaped and scored by hand. The part that can't be automated.
Bake
Into a screaming-hot oven for crackle, lift and a deep, glassy crust.
